Michelle offers ELITE customer service and goes above and beyond to make your experience and travel so much smoother. There will NEVER be another travel agent I use. We even encountered an experience where our departing flight got canceled due to weather. Michelle was in contact with us every step of the way to make sure our transportation for when we landed was rescheduled and even spoke with the hotel to get back the days we missed! Which is something that was never heard of from the hotel! She is literally amazing in every way! And she even gives us complimentary personalized gifts every time we use her. Definitely one of kind and you can never go wrong using her.

The app Michelle has you download on your phone lists your exact travel itinerary day by day, which helps to organize your vacation and you have it accessible all the time. My boyfriend and I used Michelle for our first international trip together. We didn’t have a set destination and reached out for suggestions. Michelle sent us 4 incredible tropical destinations to choose from and we decided on the Dominican Republic. We stayed at the Sanctuary Cap Cana resort and it was absolutely STUNNING and the workers were so kind. We also had Michelle book us two excursions which we thoroughly enjoyed as well. Michelle sent us all of our itinerary in a hard copy before we left and also sent us an app to download with everything on it, this was very helpful. I couldn’t recommend Michelle enough for anyone looking for a travel agent. I spoke with her a few times before the trip and she was always happy to answer my questions via phone or email. We will definitely be using Michelle in the future for more adventures!

Michelle Bachmeyer of Awaysis Travel planned our dream vacation, a 30-day trip to Ireland, Scotland, and England, and let me tell you, Michelle nailed it! During our first conversation she listened and asked the appropriate questions to understand our travel style, desires, and budget. We sent her a follow up email with a bucket list of places we wanted to explore and when we got the sample itinerary, she captured them all and more! Not only was the trip fantastic and well thought out but the personal touches Michelle put on the trip made it even more special. The notes and detail in the travel app, the travel package before we left with luggage tags and laundry bag, to the special hotel room welcome gift. From beginning to end she was there for us, even when our return flight home was cancelled, Michelle was still working for us re-booking a new flight. And let me tell you, it was the middle of the night for Michelle due to the time change. She went over and above to ensure we had the trip of a lifetime. This trip was stress-free, relaxed and the most fantastic trip we have ever been on. We are looking forward to working with Michelle again. She is the best!

I know my wife wrote a review just a few below, but I wanted to make sure anyone that reads reviews new how much thought and care Michelle puts into planning trips for couples and families. She was super detailed on everything we needed to know and expect from the airport to the taxi to the arrival at our luxury resort in Curacao, even the weather and what to prepare for. It was awesome. If we needed anything she had numbers of who to contact and even made herself available despite being on a work trip. The thing is, we didnt need her help at all because her plan was so thorough and we were prepared to relax and enjoy our much needed break!

The process was easy; we filled out a document, had a call with Michelle to share what we were looking for in a honeymoon (location, interests, budget, etc), and she built a trip that was exactly what we asked for. She was the most helpful post-trip as we experienced flight delays which caused us to miss some of our pre-paid trip.
