From our initial planning meeting to checking in after your return home, we are committed to serving all of your travel needs. To effectively serve and prioritize our efforts creating a travel proposal, a $150 planning deposit will be collected after your complimentary intake interview.

If you commit to your vacation plans and book the travel within 45 days of receiving your proposal, then the $150 will be credited to your final balance. If a vacation is not booked, then the planning fee becomes a non- refundable service fee to cover the agent’s time and efforts. Due to the extra time and research involved in creating a proposal for a Destination Wedding, the planning deposit is $250.
