Michelle guided us through the entire process of booking our first cruise, which included the port excursions. We were able to discuss with her at length the merits of each cruise line as well. She seemed strongly interested in making sure our experience would be a blast. We booked our cruise and 3 port excursions through her. We also discussed plane travel options. She remained very flexible and accommodating as we struggled through Spring Break airline prices. In the end, we had only pleasant surprises. 🙂
